We stayed for a night for my sons bday, everything was amazing, excellent services of Francis from conceige, Noufal from the reception and Ms. May Bactol, front office who assisted us from A to Z... pleasant personslities, friendly, amazing service. We have been coming to the Beach Rotana for 10 years now and this has to be our all time favourite visit. There was nothing these guys wouldn’t do for you. There were old faces from pre-Covid times and new faces and everyone made us feel like their best friends and went above and beyond every day. A massive thank you to Yusuf on the Front Desk - what a guy. Looked after us when our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night despite the hotel being full. Kumar, Michael and Umesh in The Garden/Brauhaus. Navin, Amal and Nay at Bay View ensured we wanted for nothing, it’s like they could read our minds. Our holiday wouldn’t have been as special as it was if it wasn’t for them. They are like our extended family.

A perfect night’s sleep in a quiet atmosphere. The buffet truly lives up to the Rotana Beach Hotel’s standards, offering a wide selection. For those like me who eat gluten-free, the chef is at your disposal—just ask. Super kind, great job, and a big thank you to Tarim at the reception for his professionalism and attentive service.
